If you want your clothes to be washed or ironed, just put them in the plastic bag that you will find in your room and maid will take it along.

Don't forget to fill out and sign the laundry form.

You will also find the price list on the webapp, mark the desired service in the menu and select the garments.

Clothes received before 3:00 p.m. will be returned in 48 hours. This service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

If you require an urgent service (24 hours) we will charge an additional 50% on top of the normal rate. For this service hand over your laundry to the maid before noon or contact reception.

Make sure all pockets are empty. The Hotel is not responsible for valuables forgotten or attached to the garments.

In the case of damage or loss of the garments, the hotel will only be responsible for a sum that does not exceed 5 times the value of item provided.

We kindly ask you to advise us of any sensitive materials or special requests.

Please do not hang clothes or towels on the terrace, as it is prohibited according to urban regulations, for this purpose use the clothesline.
